Vietnam’s First Park Hyatt Resort Set to Open in Phu Quoc This December.
Park Hyatt Phu Quoc will welcome its first guests on 18 December 2026, marking the debut of the Park Hyatt resort brand in Vietnam. Located on the island’s southwest coast, the luxury development will feature 114 guestrooms and suites, 54 private pool villas and an eight-bedroom residence. Designed as a contemporary Vietnamese coastal village, the resort will combine traditional architecture, local cultural experiences and wellness facilities across a 65-hectare landscape with 1.7 kilometres of white sand beach.Park Hyatt is a luxury hospitality brand within Hyatt Hotels Corporation, known for properties that combine personalised service, contemporary design and experiences connected to their destinations. The opening in Phu Quoc will extend the brand’s presence in Vietnam into the luxury resort segment. The new property draws inspiration from traditional Vietnamese coastal villages, where several generations live, cook and gather within shared spaces.
